Saturday August 24th at 1:30 Stories from the Flint Hills.
A collection of recollections from seasoned Flint Hills ranchers and other cow-folk, captured on film by Kansas photographer Mark Feiden.
In this program, Mark will share highlights from a series of interviews in a 30 minute film. After the screening will be a panel discussion led by folklorist and historian, Jim Hoy.

Interviews feature: Tom Burton, Pat Sauble, and Kenny Stahl of Chase county; Paul Seeley and Louie Surber of Greenwood county; Jackie Hett of Marion county; Gene Barr of Morris county; Tony Meseke, Bill Brethour, Martin Gnadt, Gary Schultz, Mary Schultz, Bill Schwalm, and Evelyn Zeckser of Wabaunsee county.
There will be an additional screening at Volland Store, date to be announced.
