Step into Spring

Step into Spring

I was reminded just the other day by my own footprint that spring is not far off! And I really needed reminded! Most of the snow is gone and luckily we did not have as much as some. Rain is in the forecast for Saturday. Is there a saying for February that involves harsh weather? Something about lambs and lions? Despite the weather my favorite group of friends was able to meet for coffee Wednesday morning. It was a great time! I had another treatment on my shoulder Thursday and it continues to improve. I really enjoy the redlight therapy I am getting from Lalana. Winter sure is hard on vehicles, too! I just got the news that the motor went out on one of the trucks we use on the farm and two friends have had to get different cars this last week. I breathe a sigh of relief every time I put mine in gear and it moves, sometimes gruddingly..lol!
This weekend is full of things to do as always. Legislative coffee Sat 11am with Dave Baker. I always enjoy talking with Dave, he has such a positive outlook. Art Reception at Symphony in the flint Hills 1-3 Big horse and cattle sale out south of Cottonwood at the TS Ranch. Kim is having a big sale at Metamorphosis $5 for vintage clothing and 1/2 off accessories. All of the shops and restaurants are open! and I am headed to MHK for lunch Sunday with Jake!!
