Guest house and our home sit on two wooded acres along the Cottonwood River in Cottonwood Falls Kansas. A peaceful place. You are renting the entire guest house. There is a Jon boat with electric trolling motor that you can rent for a quiet ride up river. Also a paddle boat if you want exercise. One night minimum…(two night minimum may apply during peak seasons). Breakfast consists of coffee, muffins, and fruit. There is a small refrigerator and microwave for your use.

Parts of the structure are over 150 years old. Rehab took many, many years and lots of hours donated by family members. Thank you everyone.

Plenty of time for cleaning and airing out the building. Two day minimum stay. We will be here to check you in either by phone or facetime. We can get through this if we think. We look forward to your visit. John and Carla Queen

There is lots of space here where you can walk in the peace and quiet. Enjoy the deck. See the sunset, hear the birds in the morning. Maybe even a deer will walk by. Want to cook a burger or steak? Weber grill for your use.
