Guest house and our home sit on two wooded acres along the Cottonwood River in
Cottonwood Falls Kansas. A peaceful place. You are renting the entire guest house. There
is a Jon boat with electric trolling motor that you can rent for a quiet ride up the river. Two
night minimum. Breakfast consists of coffee, muffins, and fruit. There is a small refrigerator
and microwave for your use.
MASK REQUIREMENTS. Masks are required by guests when we check you in. We will be
wearing masks. Of course, after check in guests are not required to wear masks. Two
acres, lots of room! We leave the building EMPTY Monday through Thursday after it is
occupied. Plenty of time for cleaning and airing out.
Parts of the structure are over 150 years old. Rehab took many, many years and lots of
hours donated by family members. Thank you everyone
