Don’t let the weather stop you, but be safe!!!
This winter is really testing us! I know it is Kansas and winters here can be tough, but come on!! I am reminded that it will be spring again sooner or later by the baby goats and calves that are being born. I love the pictures on social media of the newborns. Last Tuesday I had my first facial “peel”! This involves applying different naturally occurring enzymes to your face which helps it exfoliate the dead skin and encourages the new skin underneath to thrive. My face feels wonderful! Kim Coslett from Metamorphosis Day Spa here in Cottonwood Falls does this and many other wonderful “treatments”! I have also had one of her facials, which includes your shoulders, arms, hands, lower legs and feet! Yes it is pampering at it’s best! See her Facebook page for prices and other options! Wednesday we met for coffee at the Chuck Wagon Cafe. we had a nice turn out of around 10-12 ladies. Jamie always takes such good care of us and they have some of the best hash brown around! Got my taxes done Thursday. My tax man says it looks “like mine are in pretty good shape” Hope that translates to “refund”, but I won’t hold my breath. All school activities have been canceled do to the other team not having school today. This included “parents night and Winter Courts” no word or the reschedule date for that. Businesses and restaurants will be open Saturday and Sunday! Come see us!!
